Spring brings new growth

Having a child really makes you realize how fast time goes.

Yesterday, I was looking at some photos of my son when he was just a baby, and here he is today-in what seems like a blink of an eye-a young boy!

I recently felt the urgency to take pictures of him now, before he grows one more inch, so I can remember him at this beautiful stage, teetering on the doorsteps of young boyhood.

I am keenly aware of the pace at which he is growing, learning and maturing. I can’t stop that from happening, and I wouldn’t want to! It’s healthy to grow!

But, this momma’s heart wants to hold on to her little toddler just a little longer. All I can do to achieve that is to capture this moment in time.
